Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return your purchased items due to damage or defect you may do so for 30 days of when your order was received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. All merchandise is non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. It should also be contained within the original shipping package. After your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and contact you with further details about refund or replacement.
Each of Panda(IRL)’s products is custom-made specifically for your order. Because of this we do not have an inventory of stock on hand and cannot make exchanges for different sizes or colors. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size or color, however, if you email [email protected](IRL).com we’ll offer any assistance we can.
